Picture Day 2023
Picture Day will be on Saturday, September 30th at the Conejo Creek soccer fields, on Field "T" (at the northeast corner of the Conejo Creek fields)
Pictures will be taken from 7 am to 11 am before your scheduled game.
Please arrive 30 minutes early as a team to help the process run smoothly.
The photo company recommends to be on the field with the whole team 10 minutes before your scheduled time.
Make-up Day will be on Saturday, October 14th at the Conejo Creek soccer fields, on Field "U"
Time will be from 8 am to 10 am only.
Individual pictures only, no team make-up this year. Team photos will be virtual team photos.
New, there is no official schedule for players to have their pictures taken on Make-up Day.
Since it's only 2 hours to be able to get pictures taken and only 2 stations that will be available,
this is the Suggested Times:
If your game starts at 8:00 am, then take your picture at 9:00 am or 9:15 am.
If your game starts at 9:00 am, then take your picture at 8:00 am
If your game starts at 9:15 am or 9:30 am, then take your picture at 8:15 am
If your game starts at 10:00 am, then take your picture at 8:30 am
If your game starts at 10:30 am, then take your picture at 8:45 am
If your game starts at 11:00 am or after, then take your picture at 9:30 am
Players will go to the check-in tent with their parents at Field "U"
To make it fast and easy, please be prepared.
Have a card or paper with: Team Number(06UB01 to 14UG02), Coach Name, and Player's name.

You can search this PDF file for your Team # (e.g. 10UG01) or for your coach's name (e.g. Smith)
If you are using a Windows computer, use Ctrl-F to find a name or number.
4. Every player will receive 1 Virtual Team Photo, 4 Wallets, and 1 button as part of the registration package. Sorry, no team banners will be needed this year. You do not need to do anything if you are happy with just the registration package, just have your player show up on picture day or make-up day. No Parents are allowed beyond the caution tape on Picture Day.
5. Any players that take their picture on Picture Day or Make-up Day will be in the Virtual Team Photo.
6. Parents can fill out an order form on picture day and pay with cash/check. We do encourage parents to see all of their options online, you can see the background choices that will apply to your player’s individual images and button if additional items are ordered. If nothing else is ordered, then the default background will be used for the league package.
7. Parents can wait to place an order until they see the image of their player, however, they do not receive the free shipping to the league that the company offers by placing an order by picture day.
8. The link to view your child will be sent out to your phone number and email, two to three weeks after picture day or make-up day if it was done that time from the photo company.
9. Any issues with the photo company on Picture Day, Make-up Day, or Pictures, please email [email protected] with Subject: Picture Problem. The photo company will handle and resolve individual concerns and the region will be monitoring it.
10. Delivery of pictures: Estimated dated, November 11th, 2023
11. If pictures are available for pick up on 11/11/2023, please send a parent over to the Information Booth. Have the Team Number ready and the person picking up pictures will sign in for your team.
12. 2nd option to pick up pictures will be available on Monday, November 13th and Wednesday, November 15th from 5 pm to 6 pm at the picnic tables next to the brown building.
13. Last option to pick up pictures on November 18th at the Information Booth by 2:00 pm.
