Pot O' Gold 2013 - Tournament Fees

Please note the Following:

1. Submit AYSO Regional check ONLY

2. Submit ONE CHECK for both the Tournament Fee (all Divisions) and for the Referee Deposit (U10-U14 only):

$600 for U10 & U12, $650 for U14 (includes $150 Referee Deposit); $500 for U16 & U19 (no referee deposit required)

3. Make check payable to: AYSO Region 9 Pot O' Gold

4. In the memo portion of your check note your team's Divsion, Region & Coach
(e.g. U10B/42/Smith)

5. Mail checks to:

AYSO Region 9 Tournament Director

6. Referee Deposit Refund Checks will only be made payable to your AYSO Region and
mailed only to your Regional Treasurer or Regional Commissioner

7.
Any team dropping out within 30 days prior to the tournament will receive a FULL refund. After that, a refund will be made only if a replacement team is found. If the tournament is canceled for any reason a FULL refund will be issued.
