| Where: | Conejo Creek South Soccer Fields, Thousand Oaks, CA (Map) Note: NO PETS ALLOWED! The "Facility Use Rules" do not permit pets at this site. | Who: | AYSO-registered players from the 2010 season in divisions U10, U12, U14, U16 and U19. Extra, All-Star, Tournament and other AYSO teams are all welcome! | |
| Player Age: | As of July 31, 2010 per AYSO Rules | |
| Team Formation: | U10: 7 v 7, U12: 9 v 9, All others: 11 v 11 | |
| Entry Fees: | U10 & U12: $450 per team; U14, U16 & U19: $500 per team.
(Refunded if team not accepted) Referee Deposit (all divisions): $150. (Refunded if the minimum number of assignments are met) See the "Tournament Rules" and "Tournament Application" pages for complete details. |

| Refund Policy: | Teams withdrawing 30 days or more before the tournament will be issued a full refund. Teams withdrawing less than 30 days before the start of the tournament will only be issued a refund if a replacement team can be found. If the tournament is canceled and cannot be rescheduled, a full refund will be issued. See the "Tournament Rules" and "Tournament Application" pages for complete details. |

| Application Deadlines: | Boys U10-U14: February 11, 2011 Girls U10-U14: February 18, 2011 Boys & Girls U16/U19: February 25, 2011 Applications will be considered upon the receipt of complete information on a first-come, first-served basis. Teams will be notified of acceptance status by e-mail within 30 days of the tournament dates as applicable. See the "Tournament Rules" and "Tournament Application" pages for complete details. |
