AYSO UNIFORM DISTRIBUTION
Uniforms will be distributed this Thursday 8-24 at the Conejo Creek South meeting room.
Non-competitive teams (6U, 7U, 8U) uniform distribution at 6:00
Competitive teams (10U, 12U) uniform distribution at 7:00.
14U will be distributed directly by the Division Director.
A representative of the team, (Head coach or designee.) must be present to select the uniform.
NOTE: The team representative will need to know the team number (i.e.: 10UB10)
The uniforms are distributed in order based the entry date & time of the online volunteer form. The earliest entry gets to select first. Review the Uniform Colors selection.

Each division is assigned a group number and groups are assigned a time to select their uniforms. The team representative needs to be at the location a minimum of ten (10) minutes prior to the start time for their group. If the team representative arrives after their team number has been called, the team number will be called again at the end of the uniform selection and will choose from the remaining uniforms.

If the coach’s name, date received, and time received show up in this list then we have received the completed
Team Volunteer information.
Please note that this web page is updated manually, so you will not see your team’s information immediately after you submit the form. As Uniform Distribution Day gets closer, we will try to update more frequently.
2. Review the day, time, and location for the uniform distribution (to be announced).
3. Decide who from the team will attend to select the team uniform.
4. Be sure that the team representative knows the team number( e.g. 08UG07)!!!
5. Click here to review the available colors for each Division.
6. Arrive at the distribution location at least 10 minutes prior to the distribution.
UNIFORMS DISTRIBUTION:
For each Division we will call the first team number on the list to start the selection. Subsequent team numbers will be called in the list order until uniforms for that Division have been distributed.
Once a uniform has been selected, the team representative must report the selection to the Uniform Coordinator or his/her designee on-site to record their selection. A final selection list will be compiled and presented on this page upon completion.
14U Boys and Girls teams are each issued a green and white uniform jersey for home and away games.

REMEMBER!!! (Very Important)
When handing out the uniforms to the players, the smallest jersey number is the smallest uniform. DON’T GIVE THE SMALLEST NUMBER TO THE LARGEST KID.
