2024 AYSO UNIFORM DISTRIBUTION
Please note that this web page is updated manually, so you will not see your team’s information immediately after you submit the form.
Teams will be notified of the Uniform distribution schedule when uniforms become available.
Uniforms will be distributed on Thursday August 22nd at 5:00pm (***not 5:30 as originally posted ***) in the Meeting Room at Conejo Creek South.
A representative of the team, (Head coach or designee.) must be present to receive the uniforms.
NOTE: The team representative MUST know the team number (i.e.: 10UB10)
The uniform colors are assigned based on the team number. i.e. Uniform set 1 goes to team 1.

Simple steps.
As Uniform Distribution Day gets closer, we will try to update more frequently.
1. Has your Team Volunteer information been entered? If not, see above for the link to the online form.
To confirm, Click here for a list of all 6U-14U teams.
If the coach’s name, date received, and time received show up in this list then we have received the completed
Team Volunteer information.
2. Review the day, time, and location for the uniform distribution (to be announced).
3. Decide who from the team will attend to select the team uniform.
4. AGAIN- Be sure that the team representative knows the team number( e.g. 08UG07)!!!
5. Arrive at the distribution location at least 10 minutes prior to the distribution.
UNIFORMS DISTRIBUTION:
For each Division we will call the first team number on the list to start the distribution. Subsequent team numbers will be called in the list order until uniforms for that Division have been distributed.
14U Boys and Girls teams are each issued a green and white uniform jersey for home and away games.

REMEMBER!!! (Very Important)
When handing out the uniforms to the players, the smallest jersey number is the smallest uniform.
The smallest uniform has the lowest number and the largest has the highest number.
DON’T GIVE THE SMALLEST NUMBER TO THE LARGEST KID.
