League Pictures and Make-up Picture Day 2025  

YOUR PICTURE PACKAGE:

Every player automatically receives a package that includes a Memory Mate,
4 wallet-sized photos, and a button.
NOTE: Our display background will be soccer-themed.

Packages have already been ordered and will be delivered to coaches in about 3–4 weeks for distribution to teams.

Important Correction:

Our vendor, Legends, mistakenly listed an ordering deadline.
Families may purchase additional orders (personalized items, different poses, etc.) through the end of the season.
These will ship directly to your home and include a shipping charge.

Epic Team Picture Day: Saturday, October 11 at 2:00 p.m. (Field N, North end of the complex.)

Make-up Picture Day 
will be early Saturday October 11th, at 3:00 - 4:00 

Here’s what you need to know:

* Only individual pictures will be taken. 
* Arrive early fully dressed in uniform and with your soccer ball.
* Parents will need to stay outside of the restricted picture area.

Any issues with the photo company on Picture Day, Make-up Day, or Pictures, please email Tie Gutierrez at [email protected] with Subject:  Picture Problem.  The photo company will handle and resolve individual concerns and the region will be monitoring it.
